Director of Engineering

The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering and delivery operations in Ahmedabad. This individual will oversee a growing team of 25–30+ engineers across multiple technical domains and will be accountable for ensuring the successful, high-quality delivery of projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is a technology delivery leader with strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving process excellence within a consulting or client-services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership – Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope alignment.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication – Act as the point of coordination between the India team and US-based clients, account managers, and executive stakeholders.
