Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering (APAC) to lead our regional engineering and operations team across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. This senior leadership role will oversee office operations, staff management, external consultants, and project delivery from land procurement through integrated system testing. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in hyperscale data center construction and AI-focused builds, ensuring alignment with client expectations, owner requirements, and global standards.
