Director of Development

The Director of Development, reporting to the President & CEO, is tasked with leading revenue generation development efforts. This senior role involves overseeing various fundraising streams such as individual giving, foundations, corporate partnerships, and government funding. The position is integral to the leadership of the Philanthropy team, contributing to the overall strategic direction by participating in annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. The Director of Development is responsible for ensuring the success of the philanthropy team and aligning fundraising plans with both short-term and long-term financial goals.

Working closely with the CEO, the Director of Development sets fundraising priorities and establishes revenue targets and budgets.
