About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Customer Journey Analytics to lead our North America team.

Role Overview: As a Director of Customer Journey Analytics, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the fan journey for a leading client in the sports and entertainment industry. This client-facing position demands advanced expertise in analytics, personalization, and a profound understanding of tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Apply practical knowledge of the Adobe AEP technology stack, covering data ingestion & models, CDP, analytics & reporting, and journey execution & optimization. Provide expert advice to clients on new metrics, dashboard development, and visualization, leveraging powerful technologies such as Adobe CJA.
