Located in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Tsawaayuus Rainbow Gardens is operated by the WestCoast Native Health Care Society and serves as a culturally inclusive long-term care and assisted living home with a strong commitment to Indigenous values, traditions, and community. Tsawaayuus Rainbow Gardens is a multi-level care community providing 44 complex care beds, 10 assisted living units, in addition to 68 independent living apartments within the campus of care.
