Director, IT Project Management

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer , the IT Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of complex IT projects and programs with cross‑functional operational impact to our Long‑Term Care, Home Care, and corporate operating divisions.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize and solve problems with a high degree of skill.
• Manage overall IT Capital Project budget across the business.
• Lead the IT project delivery team, including mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
