A Day in the Life
As the Director for Indirect Sourcing in the IT category, you will report to AVP, IT Sourcing, and be a key architect of our technological future. You will define and implement the sourcing strategy for IT Americas, working in close partnership with Beauty Tech, Finance, and global teams to drive L’Oréal's digital transformation.
Strategic Vision: You will shape the sourcing vision for L'Oréal's Beauty Tech plan, developing groundbreaking strategies for IT categories including software, infrastructure, AI, and professional services.
Stakeholder Partnership: Acting as a key business partner, you will build strong alliances with internal stakeholders, influencing pivotal decisions to optimize value and drive innovation across the organization.
