Spotify is evolving how our Premium portfolio comes to life, shaping the way we package features and content into meaningful propositions for listeners around the world.We are now hiring for a Director, Head of Consumer Propositions, that will partner with cross-functional teams to design the propositions that underpins Spotify’s next chapter of growth: how we bundle content, differentiate experiences, and create locally relevant yet globally consistent offerings.You’ll translate insight, innovation, and business strategy into tangible propositions and premium product experiences for consumers.Lead packaging strategy for Spotify’s Premium offerings, defining how new features and content are bundled and positioned across markets. Develop global consumer propositions to drive sustainable, profitable growth Work with our content verticals Music, Audiobooks, Podcasts to translate new content and innovation into clear user propositions....
