Director & GM , Consumer, Medical, Information Tech - Taiwan

Reporting to the VP & Regional General Manager, Taiwan Consumer, Medical & Information Technology (CMIT), the Director & GM Taiwan directs, plans, and coordinates activities regionally for the Taiwan CMIT division. The GM is responsible for the Taiwan P&L of the division, managing the dedicated Sales and Operations teams to high performance. Accomplishes corporately established strategic and operational goals including budgeting, financial objectives, sales, operations, and employee engagement. Develops, recommends, and implements profitable growth strategies for all product lines within the CMIT industry and region. Strong focus on working closely with sales teams in establishing relationships with key customers & clients outside Taiwan entering the market.
