About the Role

Job Summary:
The Director, Global Services, Eastern Region is responsible for the overall success of a portfolio of REMAX Canada franchisees (Broker/Owners) and their respective agents. This role serves as the primary point of contact, relationship manager, and liaison between franchisees and REMAX Canada.

The Director plays a critical role in driving organic agent growth, operational efficiencies and profitability, and retention for our franchisees by:
Identifying owner/manager needs and creating tailored support and service plans.

Leveraging internal resources to deliver operational, financial, and organizational guidance and consultative support.

Supporting the execution of the Region Development department’s growth strategy, including:
Achievement of net agent count in territory through ORGANIC recruitment and retention strategies and collaboration with our Global Sales team on conversions and M&A
