JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Food & Beverage Business Development drives strategic growth by leading third-party R&B partnerships, executing F&B repurchase program and establishing centralized cloud kitchen supply chains to maximize increase revenue and operational efficiency in Greater China. The role is also to focus on strategies to grow F&B revenues to enable the department to utilize the funds to add resources, based in mainland China either Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Beijing office. 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience 
At least 2 years’ degree from an accredited university, in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related major is preferred.
10 years’ experience in the food and beverage and generally in hotel operations in all levels of the operation and preferably a deep knowledge and understanding of global food & beverage conc...
