About the Role

Is this role right for you?
 In this role, you will: Lead and manage the Exchange Traded Derivative / Futures Operations team, ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and compliant operations.

Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve operational efficiency, automation, and standardization.

Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including AML/ATF and sanctions requirements.

Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clearing partners across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and other regions.

Drive transformation initiatives and process improvements to adopt industry best practices and enhance client experience.

Ensure robust supervisory controls, risk reporting, and escalation mechanisms are in place and effective.
