We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our outstanding organization as a Director of Sales (first‑line people leader) on Databricks’ Mexico Sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and you will be measured by your team's overall quota attainment – focused on incremental consumption and new business acquisition.
