Director, EHS Programs & Performance (Canada)

Lead and align a team of Operational EHS direct reports to EHS’ strategic intent by focusing the teams’ activities and holding each individual accountable for results

Works with Sector EHS and Operations Leadership to ensure adequate EHS resources are in place

Actively participate in operational Senior Management team meetings and engage senior leaders on EHS related issues and opportunities with a focus on action

Moniitor and report on EHS performance to operational leadership, inform corrective strategies.

Works closely with relevant senior operational leadership to and coach, guide and mentor on EHS requirements and leadership behaviors expected by the company

Drives consistent implementation of the company's EHS strategy, vision, programs, policies and initiatives across operational sector / project(s)
