Director EHS and Business Continuity, APAC

The Director Environmental, Health, Safety and Business Continuity will lead the development/implementation of strategies and policies that ensure sustainability, health, environmental and safety systems (behavior and physical improvements/changes) are in place that enable sustained improvement for the Asia Pacific (AP) region. This position will ensure compliance to the Goodyear reporting standards and processes.

The incumbent will drive the environmental, health and safety (EHS) systems/tools integration into the AP business and follow the implementation to ensure success. He/She will participate in AP leadership meetings and workshops to provide strategic direction/alignments on EHS and sustainability (water, carbon, etc.).
