Requirements for appointment For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
ii. Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Human Resource or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
iii. Professional qualification in a relevant field. iv. Membership of a professional body in good standing where applicable.
