My client, a US-founded clean energy company backed by substantial funding, is expanding into Europe to scale their technology and partner with industrial plants and EPCs. They are looking to make a key hire: a Director of Application Engineering. This role will bridge the gap between sales and engineering teams, providing deep technical expertise, project feasibility analysis, and cost estimation to facilitate the adoption and integration of their industrial process heating solutions. It is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, initially contributing as an individual, but also to scale and lead a team responsible for defining, scoping, estimating, and integrating their thermal battery solutions to meet customer needs.
