Salary

128,300 - 156,800 (based on a 35‑hour work week). The salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis by taking into account experience, skills, anticipated contribution, internal equity and other factors. Candidates outside this range are encouraged to apply.

Bonuses and Share Program

Annual bonus target based on base salary with a potential payout up to double the target, depending on individual performance and company results. Employees participate in the RAAC program, where the company contributes 50 % of the net shares purchased.
