About the Role
How you will make an impact:•Complete day-to-day sales activities target including but not limited to prospecting, submission and customer visit, etc.•Achieve monthly and annual sales target•Produce a regular Weekly Activity Plan after reviewing last week’s sales performance against goals and objectives•Maintain timely premium collection•Provide necessary after-sales service to the customer•Implement Direct Sales best practices as per Direct Sales handbook•Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.•Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
