Direct Procurement Executive

As a Buyer – Raw Material & Indirect you will be:

• Responsible for handling Raw Material & Indirect procurement.
• Coordination with supply chain & planning team to review stock & order the relevant quantity of RM based on MOQ and lead time.
• RFQ floating to the approved vendors & market benchmarking.
• Negotiate based on monthly/quarterly requirement.
• Analyzing market trends and condition through market intelligence to anticipate commodity price movements. Proactively inform business & ensure order and supply post business alignment.
• To participate in global new product initiative discussions with business and support in arranging samples.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Organize filled Supplier Questionnaire (P-EHS) form from suppliers for all new materials.
• Prepare monthly MIS and savings update report.
