Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of our restaurant, engaging with guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, especially children, and provide a warm, friendly environment.
• Distribute balloons and organise special events.
• Attend to individual customer needs and maintain high cleanliness standards in dining and restroom areas.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with guests at all times.
• Inform the manager about customer satisfaction and any arising issues.
• Maintain efficient, productive work while upholding high energy levels in a fast‑moving environment.
