**This position is a new addition for business continuity within the Switchgears Jackson manufacturing facility, reporting to the Circuit Breaker Product Business. The role is critical for leading the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and overseeing other digital factory responsibilities to support modern manufacturing operations. To meet these objectives, the role is structured around three core areas: end-to-end project management of the MES rollout, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and comprehensive user enablement. This approach ensures the project is delivered on schedule while aligning local factory needs with global standards and driving successful adoption on the shop floor.
