About the Role
Drive digital transformation initiatives as a Program Manager for TEEMA on contract. Lead strategic planning, procurement, and execution across multiple business units, ensuring effective modernization.
TEEMA seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the digital transformation program. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong program management and vendor coordination skills. You will be responsible for managing the project roadmap, financial plans, and leading multi-year procurement efforts to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage program’s project roadmap and financial plan
• Lead team resources for prioritization with Enterprise Architecture
• Plan and execute multi-year procurement for RFx activities
• Coordinate resources, addressing competing program demands
• Facilitate coaching for project managers on delivery standards
