About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support discovery, analysis, and problem-solving activities in client engagements.
- Assist in developing transformation materials such as capability maps, project plans, change strategies, governance artifacts, and value tracking dashboards.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and facilitation activities, observing and gradually contributing.
- Document insights, synthesize information, and help convert complexity into clarity.
- Learn how strategy becomes execution, execution becomes adoption, and adoption becomes sustained value.
