Digital Transformation Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support discovery, analysis, and problem-solving activities in client engagements.
Assist in developing transformation materials such as capability maps, project plans, change strategies, governance artifacts, and value tracking dashboards.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and facilitation activities, observing and gradually contributing.
Document insights, synthesize information, and help convert complexity into clarity.
Learn how strategy becomes execution, execution becomes adoption, and adoption becomes sustained value.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation-related work.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
