**Job Description**

**_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_**

+ The Training Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative training programs that support Takeda’s business priorities, such as for example implementation of ERP systems and other digital tools.
+ This role will be driving training activities such as developing comprehensive training materials, conduct training sessions, and facilitating multi-time zone working sessions.
