We are looking for a highly organized Digital Project Coordinator to manage digital content production workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital content production workflow
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams
- Assist in preparing presentations, agendas, and reports
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Handle WIP tracking and escalate issues when needed
- Open job numbers and process POs
- File and release signed estimates
- Coordinate asset dispatch with media partners
- Conduct basic competitor and category research
