Digital Product Owner - Contract - 12 months - Remote

I working with a global pharma client and we are looking for a Digital Product Owner. You will be

responsible for defining the strategy, experience, technical requirements, and cross-functional alignment needed to deliver and scale the enterprise chatbot product.

Start: February 2026

Duration: 12 months

Location: Fully Remote

• Define and communicate the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot product, aligning with business objectives and user needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the enterprise AI/chatbot space
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for chatbot performance, user engagement, and business impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities ensuring value/cost is assessed
• Track business case metrics
