Digital Product Manager/Intermediate Product Owner

Position Description We are seeking a Product Management / Product Owner professional with strong experience in the mortgage industry, particularly home financing and mortgage closing processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and credit risk partners to define and prioritize features that improve the customer mortgage journey while ensuring compliance and risk controls are met. Strong experience with Agile delivery and digital platforms is essential.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or client office at a minimum 2-3 days per week, subject to change at any time.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

Own and prioritize product backlog; deliver in Agile (sprint planning, stories, acceptance criteria)

Lead end‑to‑end mortgage closing experience optimization
