Digital PMO

Your key responsibilities will include: Ensure compliance through actively engaging with project stakeholders and delivery teams, maintaining adherence to relevant project and portfolio requirements, standards, and AusNet policies and procedures. Define standards, schedule templates and associated reporting to be used by all Digital Projects aligned to AusNet delivery methods and needs. Work with project leads and key delivery stakeholders to support portfolio level schedule definition and management, including identification of cross project interdependencies and critical path milestones. Assist project leads with approved re-baselining of schedule/s where required. Review project and program schedules to ensure required quality and specificity, and support identification of any schedule conflicts and issues that will have a broader portfolio impact.
