Job Description

An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management role has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase operating process and product adherence to standards.
• Enhance process improvement and process repeatability before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product (Industry Qualifications, Product and Process Profitability After Changes (PPV)).
• Manage and improve environmental conditions in the halls.
• Implement action plans linked to product and process deviations.
• Oversee supplier quality management.
• Improve KPIs set up.
