About the Role
- The Director of Support (Philippines) is responsible for the leadership, execution quality, workflow performance, and operational scaling of the company's centralized Support Center based in the Philippines.
- This leader will oversee approximately 50 support team members, including 5 Support Managers responsible for the day-to-day delivery of support work across Paid Media, Organic Media, SEO, and Account Management.
- This role owns the centralized support operating model that enables US-based Performance and Client Experience teams to focus on strategy, optimization, and relationship-driven work. The Director of Support does not own campaign strategy or client relationships, but is a critical leader responsible for ensuring the Support function delivers scalable, high-quality execution with speed, consistency, and accountability.
