- Supporting website building on WordPress (with in-house team)
- Creating digital products like planners and e-books using Canva, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, and Asana
- Writing blogs on organization topics to promote courses and products (with support)
- Setting up sales, opt-in, thank you pages, and email follow-ups
