Hotel-Level Support & Guidance
•Act as the first point of contact for property Digital Marketing Managers for day-to-day execution, campaign troubleshooting, and best practice sharing.
•Review, advise, and optimize property-level digital campaigns for brand consistency and performance.
•Provide regular coaching, feedback, and reporting templates to ensure hotels meet digital KPIs.
