Job Description :
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be
data-driven, ROI-focused, and skilled in targeting the right audience to drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities :
• Manage and optimize GMC & Google Shopping campaigns
• Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Target, retarget, and optimize audiences for performance
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
• Collaborate with creative teams for high-performing ads
