The Digital Factory - Engineering Manager - Assistant Director leads one or more cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality digital products. This role combines people leadership, delivery management, and technical stewardship to ensure teams ship value predictably while adhering to architectural standards and modern engineering practices. The Engineering Manager partners closely with Product, Architecture, and Design to translate business outcomes into robust technical solutions and fosters a culture of craftsmanship, learning, and continuous improvement.
