Digital Delivery Coordinator in Industrial Construction

The IDD Coordinator will work under the IDD Director and support the team with key digital document production and CAD activities. You will engage in 3D modeling, assist with quantity takeoffs, and manage shared data environments while ensuring alignment with project standards and naming conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support document production for project execution
• Perform CAD production and 3D modeling tasks
• Conduct 3D model federation and clash detection
• Assist in quantity takeoffs and model audits
• Develop 4D animations for project visualization
Requirements:
• University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 2–3 years of BIM/CAD experience required
