About the Role

As Digital Account Executive at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to coordinate and execute digital projects in partnership with the Account Service and Creative Teams, for a range of leading luxury brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings
协助客户经理和项目团队，通过日常沟通和参与客户会议，以确保客户满意度
Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery
协调团队并执行社交媒体平台日常运营（包括微信、微博、小红书等主流社交媒体平台），确保工作可以按时交付
Accurately understand clients’ requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties
