Digital Account Executive/数字客户执行

As   Digital Account Executive   at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to coordinate and execute digital projects in partnership with the Account Service and Creative Teams, for a range of leading luxury brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings

协助客户经理和项目团队，通过日常沟通和参与客户会议，以确保客户满意度

+ Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery

协调团队并执行社交媒体平台日常运营（包括微信、微博、小红书等主流社交媒体平台），确保工作可以按时交付

+ Accurately understand clients’ requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties
