Dietitian I

Overview

Your Opportunity: In this position, the dietitian will primarily work with home care clients residing in and around Olds, Sundre, Three Hills, and Elnora. Home care clients can reside in their own homes, lodges or supportive living facilities. In addition, the dietitian will also provide coverage to clients in acute care, long term care and ambulatory care at the Sundre Hospital and Care Centre. The majority of patients will be adults; however, pediatric clients may be seen in outpatients. Close collaboration with all members of the health care team including clients and family members is required to ensure appropriate nutrition care is provided.
