About the Role

  Roles and Responsibilities  
  Required Exposure: 
 Hands on experience with CAN/ CAN FD.
 Good understanding of UDS protocol – ISO.
 Overall understanding of Diagnostics including DTC assignment as per ISO.
 Development of specification for bootloader to support flashing needs.
 Hands on experience with authoring of diagnostic specifications using Vector Candela
 Validation of diagnostic specifications with Vector CANOE/ Busmaster.
 Knowledge of ODX format for diagnostic specification.
  Preferred add-ons: 
 Perl/ python scripting.
 Some background of cybersecurity practices as applied to controller reprogramming.
 Scripting for Busmaster/ V-Spy/ CAPL.
 Prior exposure to Vector VFlash.
 Experience of working on version control repositories like SVN, github,etc.
