Dealing with stakeholders
Leading a team (minimum 3 members)
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Experience:
12 18 years of experience in End-to-End recruitment for Corporates/Mncs (Real Estate & FMCG or similar industries)
Team handling experience of 4 years
Experience in Bulk hiring and lateral hiring
