Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing large-scale real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end deal execution, from opportunity identification through transaction closure and execution of definitive agreements



This role offers the opportunity to lead high-value real estate investments, work directly with landowners and key market participants, and play a critical role in expanding our client's presence across NCR and other strategic markets in North India.
