4.1Short term: top DFT flow implement and signoff
4.2Long term: DFT/test mode planning and new tech development.Requirement1. Key experiences:
- Familiar with DFT skills including DFT synthesis/insertion, pattern generation, coverage debug, failure analysis and improvement.
- Familiar with Top/block DFT architecture and DFT/testing planning.
- Familiar with DFT EDA tool/flow and test mode IR convergence.
- Familiar with digital IC design and signoff flow
- Familiar with ATE debug for MP including dppm analysis and improvement.
- Familiar with system test, memory BIST and JTAG/IJTAG network
2. Other skills:
- Well communication with internal teams and cutomers
- Having experience of customer engagement is better.
