🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) architecture for complex SoCs
• Work on DFT activities including Scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis
• Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Validation teams for seamless DFT implementation
• Perform fault simulations, debugging, and silicon bring-up support
• Generate and analyze test patterns using industry-standard tools
• Support post-silicon validation and yield improvement activities
