About the Role
Join Dexian in Markham, ON as a Payment Processing Specialist on a hybrid schedule. This role combines billing management and customer interactions for an optimized experience.
This 12-month contract position involves onboarding WBB applications and ensuring accurate processing of fees within established deadlines. Your ability to multitask under pressure will be integral to maintain high standards of customer service and efficient billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately onboard applications onto mainframe systems
• Address email requests from business partners in a timely manner
• Ensure correct inputs of fees into the billing system
• Foster a positive customer experience during interactions
• Maintain billing spreadsheets and reprocess rejected items as needed
