Job Summary: As the DEX (Delivery Excellence) Team Lead for BEST Guangzhou, you will act as the Run & Adoption Lead for our Finance Capability Center. Your core mission is to Activate & Execute the operational strategy. You aren't just managing a team; you are responsible for ensuring that our processes (P2P, R2R, etc.) are not only running smoothly but are constantly evolving through digital adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead Run & Adoption Strategy:

oDefine and deploy the local adoption strategy for global tools and processes.

oEnsure the successful simplification and harmonization of end-to-end processes across BEST Guangzhou.

oMonitor process efficiency, compliance, and data quality using our Value Tracker framework.

•Drive Transformation & Projects:
