Our Opportunity

Location: Fortescue’s Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples

Roster: 7D7R or 14D14R FIFO ex Perth or Busselton

Reporting to the Solomon Water Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of dewatering and water services for operational mining. You will be joining a team of committed people who share a vision of being highly efficient, while maintaining the highest level of safety in a large-scale dewatering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• In-pit sump pump installation and development
• Machinery operation for daily tasks (I.T loader, telehandler, excavator, light and medium rigid trucks)
• Poly welding/fabrication, bore installations and removals, diesel pump set up/relocations
