DevOps/Functional Ops Engineer

About the Role
As a DevOps/Functional Ops, you will operate in a multi-disciplinary role whereby Bots knowledge, IT Automation, Operations and stakeholder management are key in your day-to-day activities. As such, knowledge of IT Operations is a must. Knowledge of the ING in-house-built Bots system is a big plus.
Together with your IT colleagues in Amsterdam, Singapore, Manilla and Bangalore you will create new functionality for our global user base;
Analyze, discuss, build, test and implement the requirements regarding changes requested by our users.
Provide Operational support to the BOTS ecosystem from a Functional perspective, including issue investigation, resolution coordination, and user guidance.
Standby support for End of Day Process on a rotation basis with your teammates.
Support Application Development by providing analysis, regression testing, automated testing, among other tasks.
Work in an Agile environment with sprints of two weeks.
