**What you will do**
- Collaborate with our solution delivery teams and customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs;
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability;
- Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL to ensure efficient and reliable data storage in the cloud;
- Use infrastructure as code tools to automate cloud deployments;
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and security;
- Use a structured troubleshooting approach to identify and resolve cloud-related issues;
- Troubleshoot and configure network settings in cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security;
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure cloud requirements are met;
- Part of the on-call rotation team.
